1. Agreement to Terms
By placing an order on esignature.pk, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use our site.

2. Products & Pricing
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Product colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.

3. Orders & Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfer, and online card payments. For COD orders, you agree to pay the full amount to the rider at delivery. Refusing delivery after confirmation may result in blocking from future COD orders.

4. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates: 2-4 days for major cities, 5-7 days for remote areas. We are not liable for delays caused by courier companies or incorrect addresses provided by you.

5. Returns & Refunds
Returns accepted within 7 days per our Return Policy. Items must be unused with tags. Customer pays return shipping. Refunds processed within 5 business days.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site including logos, images, and product designs belong to E.Signature. You may not copy or use them without permission.

7. Prohibited Use
You may not use our site for fraud, reselling counterfeit goods, or placing fake COD orders. Violators will be reported and banned.

8. Limitation of Liability
E.Signature is not liable for any indirect damages from using our products. Maximum liability is limited to the order value.

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be handled in Karachi courts.
