Returns & Exchanges – E.Signature

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions for Return:
1. Item must be unused, unwashed, with original tags attached
2. No stains, odors, or signs of wear
3. Underwear, socks, and discounted items are final sale

How to Return:
1. WhatsApp us at +923421400482 within 7 days of delivery
2. Send photos of the item and your order number
3. Once approved, ship the item back to our Karachi warehouse

Refund Policy:
- Return shipping cost is paid by the customer
- Refunds processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the item
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable
- For COD orders: Refund issued via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash

Exchanges:
We offer free size exchanges once. Customer pays return shipping. If your new size is out of stock, we issue a refund.

Damaged/Wrong Item:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours. We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement immediately.

E.Signature reserves the right to refuse returns that don’t meet these conditions.
