Shipping Policy – E.Signature

Delivery Time:
- Karachi: 2-3 business days
- Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi: 2-4 business days  
- Other major cities: 3-5 business days
- Remote areas: 5-7 business days

Shipping Charges:
- Karachi: Rs 200
- Other cities: Rs 250
- FREE shipping on orders above Rs 5,000

Cash on Delivery (COD):
COD is available nationwide. Our rider will call before delivery. Please keep exact change ready. A Rs 100 COD verification fee may apply for new customers.

Order Processing:
Orders placed before 3 PM are shipped the same day. Orders on Sunday are shipped Monday.

Tracking:
You’ll receive an SMS with tracking info once your order ships.

Failed Deliveries:
If you miss 2 delivery attempts, your order will be returned. COD orders with 2+ RTOs will be blocked.
